Ontario may be experiencing a second wave of COVID-19. In response to increasing case numbers, the Ontario government now requires all businesses – regardless of sector – to implement pre-entry screening of all workers attending the workplace. Employers, contractors, and property owners will have to develop systems to implement this new requirement in order to protect workplaces and demonstrate compliance – should it become necessary to do so.
