Saskatchewan Employment Standards Exemptions Repealed

On August 5, 2021, the Saskatchewan Government repealed Sections 44.2 to 44.4 of The Employment Standards Regulations, which were introduced in May of last year in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and reinstated certain pre-pandemic regulations.
